Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) will be required, this is one-time registration with Indian Land Customs, for which we will require following document s to register:
1. Bank AD Code Number.
2. Import /Export Certificate.
3. Bank Account Number & Banks Name with other details.
Documents required for Export:
1. 10 copies of Invoice. (Kindly refer to attachment)
2. 10 copies of the Packing List.
3. Proforma Invoice.
4. Letter of Credit
5. If not under LC then T.T. Transfer receipt. If under Advance Payment we will need a letter from the sender, mentioning Bank to Bank transaction in USD.
6.'Manufacturing Certificate' or Original "Purchase Voucher".
7. DRAFT ON BLANK LETTERHEAD WITH STAMP AND SIGNATURE MARKED TO: ASSISTANT COMMISSIONER OF CUSTOMS, PETRAPOLE LAND CUSTOM STATION, HARIDASPUR, NORTH 24 - PARGANAS, WEST BENGAL, INDIA.

11. Any other documents as required by Indian Customs at Petrapole Land Customs (Preventive) at the time of appraisal.
12. Loading of consignment from your end.
13. Transit Insurance ex loading site to Petrapole Land Custom Station at your end.
14. Shipping Bill will be filled under 'Duty Drawback Scheme' / Advance License (DES)/ EPCG/MEIS - Others or Free Shipping as per your instruction.
15. "Port of Loading will be "Petrapole - India" & "Port of Discharge Benapole - Bangladesh".
16. Place of loading can be any place in India.
17. YOUR COMPANY'S GST CERTIFICATE.
18. PREVIOUS EXPORT CONSIGNMENT - (SHIPPING BILL).
19. LUT BOND OR GST PAYMENT (MANDATORY). (Attached)
20. EWAY BILL. (Attached)
On an average working day 200 to 250 trucks cross over to Benapole from Indian side.
All exports are affected serially at "Petrapole Central Warehousing Corporation"
Transit Insurance from Loading Point till Petrapole LCS from your end.
